- How long will it take to get my order?
- As your order dropships from various locations in the USA it
could be as short as 3 business days, or as long as 5.
- How come not every size is in stock?
- Boot manufacturers, oddly enough do not make all sizes at the
same time. We are able to see when a certain size will be
manufactured again, and we try to put that information on the
website. The more popular sizes are made more often, and the less
popular sizes are made more infrequently.
- What does "Closeout" mean?
- Closeout means that particular style will not be made again,
and the sizes that exist are all that's going to be available.
We try not to list sizes that we see only have one or two pairs
available as they tend to go fast, and by the time we update our
site, we have orders we cannot fill. If you have your heart
set on a particular size in a closeout style, call or write to us
and we'll see if it actually might still be available for you.
- Sometimes I see an order status of "shipping" but no tracking,
what's that all about?
- Shipping as an order status means that we have placed the
order on the distributor and they are shipping the product.
Once we get the tracking, we update the order to "shipped" and
include the tracking information.
