Shipping Methods and Charges
Our shipping methods are as follows:

Free shipping to the continental 48 States in the USA.

Standard orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Contact us at 925-586-0322 and place your order over the phone with us. 

Expedited orders placed after 12 Noon California Time will not be shipped until the following business day. Additional charges will apply.

Please note that orders placed between 5 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Monday California Time will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed the following holidays and will not process orders until the following business day:

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Leather Boot Shop ships to the 48 continental United States. We also ship to military post offices, using USPS only. Expedited shipping is not available for military post office addresses.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

We currently accept the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

We also accept Pay Pal to Sales@legendbootshop.com or through the PayPal option that will appear when you check out.  Please call us at 925-586-0322 if you wish to pay by bank check.

Order by Phone
Want to place an order, but rather not buy online? You may browse www.leatherbootshop.com, choose your shoes, and call our customer service department direct with your order. The same shipping methods and charges apply, and you can even track your order online. Just call 925-586-0322  Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. California time.

Tracking Your Order
After you place an order, we will send you an email with an order confirmation number. You can track the status of your order with this number on our website by going to "View Order Status" on any page of www.leatherbootshop.com.

 If parts of your order are shipped at different times, you will be notified of each shipment and its separate tracking number.

Canceling or Changing Your Order
We are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfillment process and you may not cancel or make any changes to the order. If you realize you made a mistake after placing your order, you may return it UNWORN for an exchange or refund within 30 days from time of purchase.

Easy Returns & Free Exchanges
We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please contact us for an Authorization Number and return footwear in the original shoe box and include  your order’s packing slip.

Returns or Exchanges lacking an Authorization Number will not be accepted by our returns warehouse and will be returned to the customer. Contact us for a Returns Authorization Number.

Even if your order was shipped from another warehouse location.

 
We recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that allows you to track your returning package.  

Allow 2-4 Days for your return or exchange to be processed.   It may be sooner.  As soon as your return or exchange is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation.

 

 
Exchange Promotion:  FREE shipping on all footwear exchanges. 

We are committed to fitting you right!  We are offering Free Exchange Shipping on all Footwear exchanges made within 30 days of purchase.  

The Rules:

Free exchange shipping is our UPS Ground service and is valid for the new items being shipped to you (this does not include your return shipping costs to send the items back to us).

Free exchange shipping only applies to footwear exchange orders sent within the contiguous United States.  Note, this excludes Clothing, Accessories, APO/FPO orders, extended U.S. and all international orders.  Promotion is for a limited time only and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer. 

If you return unworn merchandise after the 30-day period, but within 90 days of purchase, we will offer you a merchandise credit to use towards your next purchase. There are no refunds available for merchandise returned after the 30-day period.

If you suspect a defect on worn merchandise, the merchandise must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit. Please call 925-586-0322 for further instruction on returning defective merchandise.

International Ordering
Please choose the appropriate rate from our drop down menus for your location.  International orders take a bit longer since we have to receive and reship your order via USPS Insured.  We have had excellent luck shipping overseas, so please don't hesitate to take advantage of this program.
